What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts at 100 units per SKU. Private label ranges with custom fragrance or packaging may carry a higher MOQ depending on the formulation — we'll confirm this at the quotation stage.
Can you manufacture under our own brand?
Yes — private label and white label are core to what we do. Your logo, packaging and fragrance direction go on our production line, and the finished goods ship under your brand only.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently export to over 20 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Australia, with export-compliant batch testing and documentation.
How long does a typical order take?
Timelines depend on volume and customization. A sample is usually ready within 1–2 weeks, with full production and dispatch scheduled once the sample is approved.
Can we get a sample before committing to a full order?
Yes — every private label and custom fragrance order goes through a sampling stage first, so you can approve scent, wax and packaging before we move to full-batch production.
What certifications do you hold?
We are ISO certified, MSME and GST registered, export licensed, and our formulations meet FDA-compliant standards for clean-burning, non-toxic candles.
